Advanced Intelligence Platform

Documenting Digital Contexts for Cultural Heritage Protection

ATHAR transforms fragmented, unstructured data from social media and online marketplaces into Actionable Intelligence. We permanently document open-source intelligence (OSINT) to secure tamper-proof digital forensic evidence of artifact movements.

System Overview

ATHAR is a sovereign digital platform engineered to bridge the critical technological gap in cultural heritage preservation. Moving far beyond static archiving, the system dynamically analyzes the digital footprints associated with physical objects.

Note on Scope: ATHAR functions strictly as a documentation and intelligence-gathering platform. It tracks and records illicit sales on social networks, preserving evidence even if deleted from the public web. This standardized data is then structured to facilitate global cooperation, providing international bodies, legal entities, and security agencies with the digital forensic evidence required for legal repatriation and disruption of extremist financing.

Core System Capabilities

Digital OSINT Tracking

An integrated module designed to trace, link, and map physical objects to their corresponding digital footprints—including posts, groups, and members—across various online platforms.

Secure Media Vault

A permanent, high-resolution repository that preserves visual evidence (multi-angle imagery, metadata profiles) of documented artifacts, securing files even if they are removed from the source platform.

Data Standardization

Generates high-security data ecosystems aligned with the reporting standards of international organizations (like UNESCO and INTERPOL) to seamlessly pass evidence for external legal proceedings.

Operational Architecture

ATHAR Hub: Field Intelligence

  • Securely input artifact details and log metadata from suspicious online marketplaces.
  • Upload field evidence directly to the Secure Media Vault.
  • Strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures absolute data isolation, meaning local monitors interact only with explicitly assigned data.

ATHAR Portal: Administrative Control

  • Interactive, centralized dashboard for system administrators and global partners.
  • Process automated alerts triggered by logical and geographical anomalies in documented data.
  • Analyze live macroscopic statistics and securely extract intelligence reports for legal bodies.
